AI CREATORS FUND · WEBSITE INFORMATION
Terms of Use
A clear guide to using the directory and its creator and funder features.
Last updated 12 October 2026
1. What this website does
AI Creators Fund is an independent directory and platform for discovering creator support. Listings may describe cash grants, stipends, credits, prizes or other programs. We do not hold funds, process payments or provide the listed awards. Funders handle their own selection, agreements and delivery directly.
These terms explain use of this website. A provider’s application, service and award terms are separate. Nothing here guarantees eligibility, acceptance, payment, credits or a particular outcome.
2. Check the original program
Directory information is a summary and can become outdated. A source-check date records a review, not a promise that an offer remains available. Confirm deadlines and timezones, geography, fees, usage limits, renewal costs, commitments and intellectual-property conditions on the provider’s official page before applying or paying.
A listing, logo or link is not an endorsement or proof of a partnership. “Listed” does not mean “Verified.” Any verification label is limited to the checks described on the site and is not a guarantee of safety, suitability or fulfillment. Clearly marked demo content is illustrative.
3. Accounts and responsible use
Give accurate information, use only accounts and materials you are authorized to use, and keep your sign-in details secure. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent funding offers, upload unlawful material, send spam, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Follow the eligibility and age requirements of each program. On-site application forms require an adult-eligibility declaration where shown. Do not send bank details, passwords, government identifiers or sensitive personal information through general interest or proposal forms.
4. Your content and applications
You retain any rights you hold in your work. When you upload or submit content, you permit the technical storage and display needed for the features you choose, including displaying a published profile or sharing an application with the relevant funder. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated reuse.
Only submit content you have the right to share. Published profiles and portfolio information can be seen publicly. Application answers and contact details are not public directory content; access is explained in the Privacy notice. Submitted application snapshots may remain unchanged even if you later edit your profile.
5. Funder proposals and external services
Submitting a company proposal does not publish a listing, create a funding commitment or guarantee approval. Funders are responsible for accurate terms, lawful selection and delivering their promised support. AI Creators Fund does not enter into a creator–funder agreement on either party’s behalf.
External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Applications made there are handled by those providers. Directory material is general information, not individualized legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
6. Availability and moderation
Features and information may change or be temporarily unavailable. Content or account access may be restricted to address misuse, inaccurate offers, security concerns or legal requirements. Keep your own copies of important work and applications.
We cannot guarantee third-party actions or uninterrupted, error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Updates and contact
Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date. Check this page when using new features or submitting information.
