AI CREATORS FUND · WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Notice
How information is handled on this website, including what is public and what stays private.
Last updated 12 October 2026
1. Scope
This notice describes AI Creators Fund’s current website features. It does not cover external funding providers or their application websites. Read their notices before sharing information there.
2. Information you provide
- Creator interest: your email address, chosen consent wording and consent time.
- Company or funder proposals: business contact email, organization name, optional website, support type, proposal details and consent record.
- Accounts: name, email, username and authentication records. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords.
- Profiles and portfolios: the biography, location, disciplines, tools, links, artwork and project information you choose to provide.
- Applications: answers, selected portfolio and profile snapshots, contact email, eligibility declarations, status and submission times.
- Administration: reports, review notes, in-app notifications and records of content or account changes.
Required fields are marked in the relevant form. Without them, the requested feature may not work. Browsing the directory does not require a creator-interest submission. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
3. How it is used
Information is used to run accounts, display content you publish, manage applications, review proposals, maintain the directory, address reports and protect the service. Creator-interest consent records a request for future funding and news updates. Funder-proposal consent concerns contact about that proposal.
The interest form does not create an account. At the date of this notice, it saves submissions but does not send emails; automated newsletter delivery, email verification and password-reset email delivery are not enabled. A submitted email address is not treated as proof of mailbox ownership.
4. Who can see it
Published profiles, portfolio content and approved public listings are visible to visitors. Private application information is accessible to the applicant, the relevant authorized funder and authorized administrators as needed for their roles. Internal review notes are not shown to applicants.
Creator-interest and company-proposal records are restricted to the site owner’s review area. They are not exposed in the public directory or its public listing tools. The owner may use authorized assistant tools to review records and prepare private summaries. Access is limited by the relevant service permissions.
The site runs on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare-hosted application, database and file-storage services. These infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver and secure the service. Their systems may process information outside your country; this site does not promise storage in a particular jurisdiction. External links take you to separate providers.
5. Cookies, device information and logs
Sign-in uses necessary session cookies, with a seven-day session lifetime that can renew during use. Account sessions can store IP address and browser user-agent information. The application also maintains security and administrative records.
The theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. The current application does not include its own advertising pixels or third-party audience-analytics scripts. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational and security logs.
The interest/proposal endpoint uses salted, time-limited hashes of IP and email information for abuse limits rather than storing raw IP addresses in its intake table. Those rate-limit entries have expiry times and are cleaned up during subsequent submissions; this is separate from sign-in session records. Blocking cookies can prevent sign-in; clearing local storage resets your theme choice.
6. Storage and retention
Account, profile, application, intake and administrative records are stored in the website’s database; uploaded images use its file storage. The current application has no automatic deletion schedule for these main records. Archiving content is not the same as deleting it, and submitted application snapshots and change history can persist.
There is not yet a published retention timetable for each record category. Requests to remove information need review of the relevant records and any continuing operational or legal need. We do not promise immediate deletion from all service-provider systems or backups.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to submit an interest form, publish a profile or apply for a program. Signed-in profile controls allow you to edit your information and change its public visibility. Previously submitted application snapshots may not change with those edits.
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law and necessary identity checks. There is no self-service account-deletion or newsletter-unsubscribe tool currently enabled. Withdrawing interest in future emails does not itself erase an earlier application. For an external provider’s records, contact that provider directly.
For questions, corrections or privacy requests, email support-hq@aicreatorsfund.com. Describe your request and the relevant account or submission, but do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial message.
8. Security and changes
The application uses access controls, password hashing, protected session cookies and submission validation. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not share your password or put confidential material in a public profile.
This notice will be updated when the website’s practices change. The date above identifies this version. See also the Terms of Use.
